I write to say that we took delivery of our shipment last Tuesday, 21 October 2014.

You used The British Removal Company for local delivery in the Malaga area and I am pleased to report them as being efficient in both their communication and delivery. The two gentlemen, Paul and Steve, handling the delivery were excellent and considerate.

As you are aware, we experienced delays and a lack of communication from GAC regarding the Doha shipment which was compounded further by their handling agents in London. In contrast to this, your service was excellent.

I have held a storage unit with your company for many years and always been pleased with the service received. Your consolidation of these Hull goods with the Doha shipment and forward freight to Spain was handled efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. A big thank you for this and your excellent service over the years, it has been a pleasure doing business.

"Dear Liz,

I have been meaning to write to you and Andy since the move to 33 Salisbury was completed last week, but I've been held up by trying to find a way to express thanks to both of you and to all of the team that won't sound exaggerated and over-the-top. I couldn't do it!

Marianne and I cannot sing your praises loudly enough. From meetings with Andy (not only before, but also during the move), to communications with you, to the actual process if packing, moving and unpacking with John and Mark and Terry and Dave and the others, every stage was handled with incredible care and consideration.

It's not just that everybody did the job as it should be done - which is already a lot. More than that, it was done kindly, helpfully, encouragingly and cheerfully. I learned a lot by working with the team - their methodicalness was inspirational.
Odd as it may sound, watching the way they approached their work helped me to see a way through a rather long and complicated piece of writing that has been bothering me.

As we open the boxes, I continue to admire the skill and efficiency of the packing. Even the tiniest, most insignificant-seeming things have been stored with care.The way in which the team organised everything so as to match so many books to their shelves was nothing short of amazing. Meanwhile, the placement of objects associated with the bookshelves considerably improved their display!

To have been told : "She thinks like one of us" is a compliment I shall long cherish - and try to live up to, too!
Talking of boxes reminds me, we are nearly through them now. We have been piling the flattened ones in Marianne's study, and now can't get in to it to open the rest! Perhaps we could fix a time for a pick up of what there is?

We could not have asked for a better experience if moving. In fact, while moving us necessarily a bother in itself, the process of working with all of you was never less than a real pleasure.

Hi Karen, I moved into my new House yesterday and everything was perfect – from the flights to moving my contents overseas. I really must thank everyone concerned,  your packers are a credit to your company, nothing was too much trouble and of course yourself Karen, who helped me through it all. My new house is beautiful and only 15 minutes away from Martin and his family.

Following the collection of our household effects in preparation for their transportation to Arizona, USA, I feel that I must write to comment on the exemplary service that we have received so far.  My husband’s first communication with your company was a telephone call to your International Administrator, Karen Saville.  Her knowledgeable professional attitude and friendly demeanour meant that we chose your company over several other with which we had been in contact.  The attention to details in her presentation of the service you provide really put our minds at rest; she is a credit to your organisation.  We were also impressed with the gentleman who came to pack us up on 24 January.  Mr Robert Dunlop was courteous, friendly and helpful in every way; nothing was too much trouble and he bent over backward to accommodate our wishes.  I hope you will pass on our thanks to those people involved and if the rest of our move goes as smoothly as this part of it we will be very happy
