Shredding Consultant

Introducing Amelia, our Shredding Consultant. Since working part time for the company from 2012, Amelia has now a full time role here at Appleyards of Hull.

Amelia is the document coordinator for Simply Shredding as well as an interweaving role for sister companies Britannia Appleyards, Hull Self Store and The Hull Scout Shop.

Role At Appleyards

• Meeting and Greeting clients.
• Overseeing Confidential Shredding
• Arranging collections for both domestic and commercial clients
• Managing customer accounts and payments
• Assists with general administration and invoicing
• Processing vehicle tachographs

Hobbies & Interests

Amelia takes great interest in the world of arts and culture, primarily taking influence from Victorian decorative arts and designers of that period such as the Pre-Raphaelites to inspire her in her own textile freelance work.

Other interests include animal behaviour and taking care of her pets at home along with keeping fit and healthy in the gym.

One of Amelia’s lifelong dreams is to go trekking in Peru with alpacas and visit the picturesque lost city of Machu Picchu.
